Enjoy a peaceful evening experiencing contemplative drawing as a stimulus to your creative practise.
By focusing on the object you are drawing and the rhythmic act of putting pencil to paper you are taken out of the stresses of daily life and into the calm of the present moment.
Through a series of weekly drawing exercises you will be gently guided to this restorative state of being.
By slowing down and taking the time to really look and see the shapes, tone, colour and textural qualities of the object you start to appreciate your ability to draw what you see.
