Penelope Anstice

I work in both oil and watercolour and trained at Edinburgh College of Art. I have been running painting courses for over 20 years and currently teach in Scotland, Spain and at the Heatherleys School of Art in London. My aim as a tutor is to show people technique and, by concentrating on the basic principals of painting, to encourage them to find their own voice.
